About SUPERWELL

Wellness was never meant to be this complicated.

Somewhere along the way, taking care of ourselves became another full-time job. More data, more protocols, more pressure to optimize every part of our lives. SUPERWELL brings you back to what actually matters: understanding your body, building a strong foundation, and making intentional choices that help you feel better, without letting wellness take over your life.

Beyond the trends

Beyond the trends. Back to what works.

Wellness changes fast. One day it's cold plunges. The next it's peptides, wearables, glucose monitors, supplements, red light, or the newest thing promising to change your life. Some of it is genuinely valuable. Some of it is noise.

SUPERWELL isn't about chasing every trend. It's about building a strong foundation first, then getting curious about the tools, research, experts, and innovations that may take your health further.

We ask questions. We keep learning. We try things. And most importantly, we don't confuse what's new with what's necessary. The fundamentals will always matter. The rest is where we stay curious.

Living SUPERWELL
The SUPERWELL Living Method

Eight pillars. Always connected.

Why eight? Turn it on its side and it's the infinity symbol. Continuous, connected, cumulative. Your sleep shapes your cravings. Your nervous system shapes your recovery. Your people shape how you carry all of it. Nothing works alone, so nothing here is an optional extra.

SUPERWELL Stacking

More intention. Not more hours.

SUPERWELL Stacking is how I fit wellness into a full life. I layer high-impact practices into the same window of time, so nothing new gets added to my calendar.

Legs up the wall on my acupressure mat with my red light mask on. Light hand weights inside my sauna blanket. Breathwork while the ice roller does its thing.

It looks a little ridiculous. It works. You don't need more willpower or an empty calendar. You need practices that fit together.

Meet the founder

Burnout survivor turned wellness nerd.

I'm Lauren. Wife to Chris, mom of three, a #1 international bestselling author, and the founder of SUPERWELL. I'm also a burnout survivor, and that's where this story really starts.

Where it started

Wellness has lived in me since I was a little girl. My family faced its share of health challenges, and instead of feeling helpless, I felt called. I asked questions. I watched closely. I wanted to know how the body heals and what it actually takes to feel alive from the inside out. I didn't know it yet, but that curiosity was the first brick.

The year everything hit at once

In the fall of 2011, it all came down at once. Chris, one of the top defensemen in the NHL, suffered a career-ending concussion that left him bedridden. I couldn't leave his side. At the same time, my father had a stroke and my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. I had three young kids at home. Mother. Wife. Caregiver. Business owner. The one everyone leaned on.

I was keeping my head above water. But I was drowning.

Coffee on an empty stomach. Exhausted, but wired. Inflamed, anxious, and running on adrenaline while my sleep, my hormones, my skin, my digestion, and my joy quietly fell apart. On paper I was doing all the right things. My body was waving the white flag.

How I rebuilt

There was no magic moment. No morning where I woke up with all the answers. The turning point was a question. I stopped asking, "How do I keep pushing harder?" and started asking, "How do I protect my peace?"

Then I rebuilt, habit by habit, brick by brick. I traded coffee for matcha and a slower morning. I became obsessed with the nervous system, sleep, blood sugar, and recovery. I studied and certified in everything from integrative nutrition to breathwork and contrast therapy. And I became my own guinea pig, testing it all in a full family life, not a lab.

Why SUPERWELL exists

Heart disease, diabetes, and cancer show up throughout my family, and I’ve been told my genetics may put me at higher risk. But epigenetics taught me something freeing: my genes are information, not destiny, and my daily habits get a vote.

In 2018, Chris and I founded Well Inspired Travels to bring my two obsessions together: luxury travel and deep, soul-filling wellness. Everything I learned, in my own life and alongside some of the world's most demanding travelers, became the SUPERWELL Living Method. It's the blueprint I wish someone had handed me in 2011. Not perfect. Intentional. Just the next good choice, and the one after that. Start where you are.

Chris and me

We rebuilt together.

Chris played 20 years as an NHL defenseman. Stanley Cup champion. Olympic gold medalist. Hockey Hall of Famer. Also 16 surgeries, multiple concussions, and the one that ended it all.

When the game ended, the recovery began, for both of us. Somewhere in there, Chris became my very first SUPERWELL client. Sleep, nourishment, strength training, breathwork, contrast therapy, recovery. We did it side by side. For years he played through pain. Now he plays for longevity.

That's the part I want every woman to hear. We didn't rebuild alone, and you don't have to either. Habits stick when someone's doing them next to you.

What I believe

Wellness is a rhythm, not a race.

None of these came from a textbook. I learned every one of them the hard way, then went looking for the science behind it.

1

"Well" isn't the goal. It's the starting line. Why settle for fine when you could feel truly alive? That's the whole idea behind the name.

2

Be the captain, not the passenger. Genetics may load the gun, but your daily habits decide what happens next.

3

Striving, not perfection. There will be days you skip the walk and stay up too late. That's not failure. That's human. What matters is that you come back.

4

It's not about doing more. It's about doing what matters. The answer is almost never another supplement. It's fewer things, done with intention.

5

Your blueprint already lives within you. You don't have to buy it. You just have to remember how to use it.

6

Science and lived experience, always together. If the research says it works and my life says it's sustainable, it makes the cut.

7

You belong on your own list. Taking care of yourself isn't selfish. It's how you keep showing up for everyone you love.

8

We're in this together. Habits stick when you have people. Also, I'm fairly sure laughter counts as core work.

There's no finish line

I am the well, striving to be SUPERWELL.

why the heck not!
