Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how LoloCo, LLC, doing business as SUPERWELL (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit www.superwell.com and any of its pages, including our online store and course platform (the “Site”), buy from us, enroll in a course, sign up for our emails or text messages, or otherwise interact with us, whether online, by phone, by email, or in person. “Personal information” means information that identifies you or could reasonably be linked to you.

The Short Version

  • We collect information you give us, like your name, email address, and phone number, and information collected automatically when you use the Site.
  • We use it to process your orders, deliver our courses, respond to you, run and improve our business, and send you marketing you signed up for.
  • We do not sell your personal information for money.
  • We use cookies and similar tools, including for advertising, and you can control them.
  • You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing team@superwell.com.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. You give us information when you contact us, hire us or work with us, fill out a form, create an account, place an order, enroll in a course, request a free resource, sign up for our emails, sign up for text messages, leave a review, or enter a giveaway or promotion. Depending on what you do, this may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing or shipping address, payment information, account username and password, and answers to forms, quizzes, or intake questions. This includes information you give us online, by phone, by email, in person, or on paper. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment providers under their own privacy policies. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive only limited details, such as your name, billing address, card type, the last four digits of your card, and a record of the transaction.

Course information. If you enroll in a course, our course platform records your course progress, quiz and exam results, and certification status.

Health information. We do not ask for or require health or medical information, and we ask that you never send it to us.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect information about your device and activity, such as your IP address, approximate location based on that IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the links you click, how long you stay, and the website that sent you to us. Our email tools also record whether you open our emails and click the links in them. We collect this information using cookies and similar tools, described under Cookies and Tracking.

Information from other sources. We may also receive information about you from business partners, affiliates, and people who refer you to us, events where you share your information with us, social media platforms when you interact with our pages or ads, advertising platforms, and the payment, checkout, and invoicing providers that process transactions for us.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • provide our products and services, including processing orders, payments, and deliveries;
  • give you access to courses, track your progress, and issue and verify certifications;
  • respond to your questions and provide customer support;
  • create and manage your account;
  • send you emails, newsletters, and offers you signed up for;
  • send you text messages you agreed to receive;
  • show you ads for our products and services on other websites and social media;
  • understand how people use the Site so we can improve it;
  • display content and reviews you share;
  • run giveaways and promotions;
  • credit and pay affiliates who refer customers to us;
  • protect the Site and our business from fraud, security threats, and misuse; and
  • comply with the law, enforce our terms, and resolve disputes.

We may also use information that has been combined or stripped of anything that identifies you. We will not try to identify you from that information.

How We Share Information

We share personal information only as described below.

  • Service providers. Companies that help us run our business, such as website hosting, payment processing, shipping, email, text messaging, and analytics providers, including WordPress, Shopify, and Kajabi. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Affiliates. If you buy through an affiliate’s link or code, we share the limited information needed to credit the referral and pay the affiliate, such as the date and amount of your purchase.
  • Advertising partners. Social media platforms, search engines, and other advertising companies may receive information from cookies and pixels on the Site, such as device information and the pages you visit, so they can show you our ads and measure how they perform.
  • Advertising on other platforms. We may provide your email address or phone number, in a coded format that does not reveal the original information (delivered as hashed code), to social media and search platforms. They use it to show you our ads, to avoid showing you ads for things you already bought, and to reach new people with similar interests. To opt out, email team@superwell.com.
  • Legal and safety reasons. When the law or legal process requires it, or when we believe sharing is needed to protect the rights, safety, or property of us or others.
  • Business transfers. If we sell, merge, or reorganize all or part of our business, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With your permission. When you ask us to share your information or agree to it.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some state privacy laws treat sharing information through advertising cookies and pixels as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information even when no money changes hands. In that sense only, we may share device identifiers and Site activity with advertising partners, and you can limit this through your cookie and browser settings.

Text messages. We do not share your phone number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with the providers that help us send our messages.

Cookies and Tracking

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Pixels, tags, and similar tools work the same way. We use these tools to make the Site work, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and show you relevant ads.

These tools include analytics tools and advertising pixels and tags from social media platforms and search engines. We may add or change these tools from time to time. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. You can learn how Google uses this information at www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners and opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Your cookie choices. When you first visit the Site, you can accept or decline non-essential cookies through our cookie banner. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the Site may not work properly without them. To opt out of interest-based ads from many advertising companies, visit optout.aboutads.info or optout.networkadvertising.org. You can also adjust ad settings on your phone and in your social media accounts.

Browser privacy signals. Where the law requires, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser. The Site does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

Your Choices

  • Emails. Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email. We may still send you messages about your orders, courses, or account.
  • Text messages. Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
  • Your account. You can review and update your account information by logging in.
  • Cookies. Use the cookie choices described under Cookies and Tracking.

Requests about your information. You may ask us what personal information we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing team@superwell.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep information when the law requires it or allows it for legitimate business reasons, such as completing an order, maintaining certification records, or preventing fraud.

Visitors Outside the United States

We operate the Site from the United States. If you use the Site or contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. When the law requires, we use approved safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom

Who is responsible for your information. LoloCo, LLC is the controller of your personal information and can be reached at team@superwell.com.

Your rights. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, to restrict or object to how we use it, including at any time for direct marketing, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. We do not make decisions about you based only on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects. To use these rights, email team@superwell.com. We will respond within one month.

Access and correction. You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing team@superwell.com, and we will respond within 30 days. You may browse the Site without identifying yourself, but we need your information to fill orders and provide course access.

Information sent overseas. We and our service providers store and process personal information in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

Complaints. If you have a concern about how we handle your personal information, contact us first at team@superwell.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Customers in Canada

If you are in Canada, we collect, use, and share your personal information with your consent, which may be express or implied depending on the situation and the sensitivity of the information. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contract limits, although this may affect our ability to serve you. You may ask to access or correct your personal information by contacting our privacy officer.

Our privacy officer. Lauren Pronger, Owner is responsible for protecting personal information and can be reached at team@superwell.com.

Information stored outside Canada. Our service providers may store and process your information in the United States and other countries, where courts and government authorities may access it under local law.

Quebec residents. You may ask what personal information we hold about you and how we use it, and you may ask us to stop sharing it or to remove links to it where the law allows. Tools that identify, locate, or profile you are turned off by default, and you can choose to turn them on.

You may file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Quebec, the Commission d’accès à l’information.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under 16 where the law sets that age. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us at team@superwell.com.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this Privacy Policy, including to provide our products and services, maintain course and certification records, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. How long we keep it depends on the type of information, why we have it, and any legal requirement to keep it. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, such as limiting who can access it and using secure, password-protected systems. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of your information. Keep your account password private, and tell us right away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Other Websites and Social Media

The Site may link to other websites and social media platforms, and some of our checkout, course, or sign-up pages may be run by other companies. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle your information. When you interact with our pages on social media, that platform’s privacy policy applies.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Site and change the “Last Updated” date above. If we make significant changes, we will give you additional notice as the law requires.

Disputes

Any dispute about this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices is subject to the dispute resolution terms in our Terms of Use. This does not limit any right you have to file a complaint with a government agency or data protection authority.
