Eight pillars for a life well lived.
The framework I built from a decade of study and a lifetime of practice. Eight connected pillars that support each other, and you, through every season of life.
Continuous. Connected. Cumulative.
Why eight? Turn it on its side and it's the infinity symbol. Your sleep shapes your cravings. Your nervous system shapes your recovery. Your people shape how you carry all of it. Nothing works alone, so nothing here is an optional extra.
Eight pillars. One whole you.

Well Aging
Well aging isn't a project for later. It's how you build a body and a mind that stay capable, curious, and strong for decades. I bring longevity science into everyday life without turning it into an obsession.

Optimal Sleep
Sleep is where your body repairs, your brain clears, and your nervous system resets. It's also the first thing high achievers trade away. This pillar gives you routines that protect it, starting long before your head hits the pillow.

Balanced Flow and Movement
Movement should leave you stronger, not wrecked. Walking, Pilates, lifting, and mobility, done consistently and never as punishment. The goal is a body that supports the way you want to live.

Emotional Wellness
Your mental and emotional health deserve the same care as your body. This pillar is about awareness, learning to notice what you're feeling and why, naming the patterns that keep you wired or weighed down, and coming back to calm on purpose, with tools like breathwork, meditation, and honest check-ins with yourself.

Nature Connection
Morning light, fresh air, bare feet on grass. Nature restores perspective faster than almost anything I know. No elaborate retreat required, though I won't talk you out of one.

Nourishing Nutrition
Food is information for your body, and it's allowed to be a pleasure too. We focus on blood sugar, hormones, and metabolic health, including one of my favorite simple tools: food order. Fiber first, protein and fats next, carbs last. 80/20, always.

BioRhythm and Mindfulness
Your body runs on internal clocks. When your habits work with them, energy and focus follow. Mindfulness turns ordinary moments, a morning elixir or an evening ritual, into anchors for your day.

Soulful Connection
We need people and we need purpose. This pillar makes room for community, belonging, and the relationships that matter most, because wellness sticks when it's shared.
80% intention.
20% living your life.
SUPERWELL isn't about doing everything perfectly. It's about building a strong enough foundation that you have room to actually enjoy your life. The 80/20 Rule is how we make wellness sustainable.
The 80%: your foundation
The choices you make most often: prioritizing protein and whole foods, moving your body, protecting your sleep, getting outside, managing stress, nurturing your relationships, and paying attention to what your body is telling you. Not because you have to, but because you've learned how much better you feel when you do.
The 20%: your flexibility
The vacation. The late dinner. The dessert. The cocktail. The week when workouts don't happen. The celebration you don't want to experience through the lens of a health tracker. That 20% isn't a failure of the plan. It's part of the plan.
Because the healthiest routine in the world isn't sustainable if you resent living it. The goal is a baseline of habits that support you so consistently that an imperfect day, weekend, or vacation doesn't derail you. No guilt. No punishment. No waiting until Monday. You simply return to your foundation.
When you're not sure you're doing enough, zoom out.
Am I supporting my body most of the time? Do my habits give me more energy than they take from me? Can I enjoy the 20% without guilt because I trust my 80%?
Consistency over perfection. Always.
Small habits. Stacked.
The most meaningful changes in health aren't one dramatic decision. They're small decisions that become so familiar you stop having to think about them. We call them SUPERWELL Stacks: attach a supportive habit to something that already happens in your day.
- Coffee brewing? Step outside for morning light.
- Making breakfast? Build it around protein.
- Finished dinner? Take a ten-minute walk.
- Getting ready for bed? Plug your phone in outside the bedroom.
- Waiting for the shower to warm up? Take five slow breaths.
Build your stack
- Start with something you already do. Coffee, breakfast, school drop-off, your commute, dinner, brushing your teeth.
- Add one small action that supports a pillar. Keep it easy enough to repeat even on a busy day.
- Repeat before you add. Let the behavior become familiar before you optimize your whole routine.
- Stack again. Once one habit is automatic, layer in another.
Morning light becomes morning light plus hydration. Hydration becomes hydration plus protein. Dinner becomes dinner plus a walk. That's how small actions become a lifestyle. Choose one thing. Do it often. Let it become yours. Then build from there.
